The Album artwork is significant because the backdrop is one of the last standing, original building facades to survive the Christchurch Earthquakes and demolitions.
One of the inspirations for the creation of the music in Perfect Freq, was an attempt to alleviate some of the long term anxiety, stress, suffering and illness's caused by the depletion of adrenaline from so many shock and after shocks. Along with the stress and depression of losing so many things. Many people completely lost their homes and business's, some due to damage, damaged ground - and others from Government corruption and negligence.
The photograph was taken in one location and the floating body is not photo-shopped on after...
In the photograph I am holding an antique Ghanta bell. The bell is touching the earth, and dangles from my floating hand - it represents the connection from the heavens to the earth.
The rope is made of two stings of Indian dancing bells. This necklace was of value to me, not only did i use it in my sound journey's, all parts of it were discovered on my bell hunting trip to Bangladesh.
This necklace was lost just after the photo shoot...
I hope someone found it, and is currently treasuring it. This is the lost bell >
